I made 3 attempts to purchase charms for my nomination bracelet and had 3 different responses all unfortunately negative. Had a great experience today, went to go and collect some earrings i left for repair, did take a while to get repaired however Tegan helped me out and was very polite and friendly,made my experience more enjoyable.
