All pricing is shown on the item but it is in very small print. Upfront and visible pricing will deter people leaving frustrated, when they have to wait to ask about pricing, while someone else is being served.”

“Contacted store on Tuesday as I had lost two pins out of one of the links on my watch. The gentleman asked approximate age of watch which I was unsure of as it was a gift from my late husband. He suggested that if I called in he would have a look at my watch & repair it if able.True to his word he produced a box of pins which was rather like looking for a needle in a haystack!Within 3-4 minutes my watch was back securely on my wrist. When I asked how much did I owe him? He replied nothing! Well done ‘Hinds’, what a lovely experience.”
