“Giovanni was absolutely amazing in helping us decide on a carpet for our bedroom projects - giving us helpful advice on selection, the best underlay and checking colours/stocks. Above all, though, his friendly and non-pushy manner was refreshing and helped us make an informed, but quick decision.As for the store itself, it's quite small but houses a good selection of carpets (and some flooring) and has samples of underlays which you can try out too with your selected carpet. The colours on the Carpetright website can be a bit misleading and it can be hard to compare similar underlays but popping into store is a great idea to see what they're really like and I'd thoroughly recommend it (you can always order online afterwards - colour codes are given at the back of the samples in-store).”

“I am sooo happy to leave a review on Louise and Balloon Dreams, she was literally delightful to deal with all the way through! When I initially called, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but had an idea and as there was no website specifically to browse through, I hadn't looked beforehand. However Louise's FB page is great and having looked there, I called back with more of an idea and then she kindly navigated me through several options and recommendations that would be effective and efficient. The turnaround time was brilliant, I called on the Saturday needing them for the Tuesday, when I got there to pick them up, she brought them to my car! And they were beautiful, my mom loves them - because they're STILL up from the 9th March! Would definitely, definitely recommend and would use again. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed with was the extra bunting I bought, it was beautiful (and incidentally that's still up too lol) but the box said 3m when it was just over 1m at best, with the rest being made up of string... Wasn't happy about that. But that's not Louise's fault, just a call out if you're going to get any! :)”

“During last years first lock down i hired a wacker plate through a 3rd party (using internet search) who used speedy. I did not want to pay extra for delivery etc so i collected from store. Some details hadn't been passed over correctly so was a bit of hassle and i had unknowingly paid over the odds.Fast forward one year, this time i hired directly with Speedy via phone. The service is exceptional, the price much cheaper even with delivery and collection included. The staff here are superb, happy to help out anyway they can and offer any advice when needed. I really couldn't recommended the Walsall Wood store enough, especially if you aren't too sure what you are talking about!”

“I visit this store fairly regularly, as shirts and shorts are good. It can be difficult to negotiate in a wheelchair as some items are densely collected together. It's also unfortunate that I'll never be able to buy trousers from here as I'm 38" inside leg.”

“Automatic doors and large well spaced out store, perfect for those of us in wheelchairs ♿️A few disabled spaces outside but these are always taken so we park by Pets at home as need to unload a wheelchair and passenger using a ramp.Lots of choice, male, female, children's and homeward. Great prices and quality.My son bought 2 suit jackets and 4 pairs trousers to go with them and they fit like they were tailored for him and we got a voucher we used a week later to discount new bedding with.The bedding was silky soft but weighty and is lovely to sleep in. We also got a Flannel bottom sheet that's so snuggly and washes well.Better value and quality than Dunhelm the last year or two.”
