There's no appointment system but the shop had already sent Cristiano photos of the dress in advance and he expertly pinned it and offered expert advice on what was required. It's clear that Cristiano is an expert at his trade - taking time to get things just so.Collected the dress a couple of weeks later and what was a beautiful dress is now a stunning fit.Not inexpensive but if a job's worth doing it's worth doing right - and the delight on .my wife's face when trying on the improved fit makes it worth every penny.”

“Amazing shop, I went in last week on Saturday to see if they can fix two ps5 controllers with one having water damage and the other having severe controller drift. Not only have they fixed it perfectly they did it at a perfect price which was 25 pounds. The staff were very help ful and kind. They also fixed on on time which was this week Friday. They did a phenomenal job in total and I highly recommend fixing gaming accessories from them. I took a peek at their game selection and that too was phenomenal. Thank you game smart.”

Sadie was the designer and she was extremely patience and focusing on every single detail of the design. Giving us advice how and what to choose at our budget. Similar to all tailor made furniture, there are always hiccup from our imagination to reality but the experience was telling me what is a good company. Sadie was very patience to listen and giving us a solution to solve the problem. Highly appreciated.Mumtaz was our installer and he is extremely experience and patience installing everything. He was also offering us to help with the plumbing to make the cabinet look nicer and neat instead of cutting here and there to fit it. That was taking his time but he was willing to spend his time for a better job instead of a okay job. I suspected he has OCD and hence, he was craving for perfect. “Wow this shop has always been good, but they are really focused on customer service right now and it shows. Gaz will do anything he can to make a deal work with a customer and I got a terrific trade in price for my old amp (much better than they used to be years ago for trade ins) -Jarod a sound young lad sorted the amps for me to demo, nothing was too much trouble and actually shook my hand as he introduced himself...personal touches great customer service....anyway I walked out of there one happy customer with a shiny new Marshall ?? “I was impressed with Selco Tyseley. I bought a branded hosepipe, which when I got home proved to be complex to put together especially as I had never done this before and assumed it would be more or less good to go. I brought it back to store and Neil put it together for me and then helped explain what I needed to do with the outside tap at home to connect it as it involved unscrewing the bottom part off. He put effort into helping me and I am grateful. I find staff much better know their stuff in this store compared with some of the other local DIY stores where staff are less knowledgeable and have to say they do not know.”
