I would have given this no stars. My mum who's a pensioner, ordered and paid for a TV obviously it was going to be too heavy for her to carry and I had already arranged to pick it up as I'm only 10mins away. This store is fine, Downside is parking cost for a 5-10 minute visit but that’s nothing to do with the store. Service for collection can be quicker like the Reedswood store inside sainsburys with free parking.
