The common areas are a little tired looking. However, the room was clean, with a bath and a powerful shower.All the staff we saw were very pleasant and helpful. We didn't use the lounges or restaurant as we were visiting family.Only twenty minutes walk from the Biscuit Factory gallery, and about the same to the city centre.... read full comment
