Recently I needed to make a trip to Peel Square to get help with business banking app. I had a problem viewing my business account on my new phone. Would give them zero if I could, not because they are a poor bank as I have not managed to get an account yet, but because It's impossible to get through on the phone and local branches don't have phone numbersThey may be experiencing high volumes of calls, but there is a simple solution - employ more staff
