“Having wanted to visit ever since Le Manoir opened I finally celebrated a big birthday here with a truly memorable dinner. Everything was superb and I am left with wonderful memories of the evening, which gave me great joy and exceeded expectations. Thank you to all the staff who were so friendly and knowledgeable, and a big thank you to my children who organised the wonderful surprise.”

“A beautiful building, transformed into a lovely hotel which has captured its history with lots of quirky features and attention to detail. We were greeted personally and the service was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of light in our rooms which I was not expecting. We would thoroughly recommend.”

“Comfortable family run guesthouse. I stayed on my own and felt very at home here. I stayed at the front of the house and was a bit worried about traffic noise, having read some reviews, but it was minimal. I would recommend.”

“Fantastic location, close to the train station and within easy walking distance of Oxfords attractions. Large room with good firm bed and plenty of easy chairs. Nice looking bathroom, again of good size . Coffee and tea tray was replenished. Staff were friendly. Good recommendations for local restaurants, we enjoyed Bangkok House very much However, the shower was difficult to alter (but once we got it to the correct temperature it remained there) The shower leaked onto the bath mat, despite it being sodden it was not changed Breakfast was taken in the attached cafe, however this was advertised as being £9.99 with orange juice, but in reality it was more expensive and no orange juice.j”

Their warm and friendly service added to the already wonderful atmosphere. Mollie and Tiernan's recommendations were spot on, and their willingness to accommodate our preferences was impressive. Their service made the evening feel personalized and memorable. Overall, Premiere Inn Oxford Botley exceeded expectations. “Stayed for 1 night, last minute, on business. It was Alumni week so city centre was booked up. The hotel is 10 minutes from the centre and tbh much easier than driving in was to get an Uber. I would definitely stay here again. Staff were great. Gym was good, breakfast nice, room immaculate, nespresso machine and white company toiletries. Two things let it down, clearly rooms refurbed and corridors need to keep up. A bug bear of mine is having to pay for parking at a hotel, should be free for residents. Would stay again on business.”

“Stayed after reading previous reviews, when we arrived on Friday , we were shown to our room, don’t get me wrong , it wasn’t the Hilton, but was good enough. No issue with the shower as mentioned in the last review, and looking at it , the shower was new. We were at the front, and yes there was a DJ playing, and to be honest, if you book a stay in a pub over bank holiday weekend, you could safely say there is going to be some sort of entertainment going on, so don’t book a pub and stop moaning( previous review) and also the music, although not to my particular taste, was pretty good. I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again. Only issue was the small cooler, wasn’t cool enough. We stayed in room 5”

“We booked a room last minute for a trip to Oxford. Our room was huge and quiet so we could have the window open without being disturbed by road noise. Everywhere was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for the park and ride but be aware the last bus back on a Sunday is 7pm (there are other routes that pass close by but they involve a 10-15 minute walk back to the hotel on unlit paths along the main road). The only negative was I'd paid for WiFi but couldn't sign in. I used up the free 30 minutes trying to reset my password but the email with the link to reset never arrived (not even in spam) so I couldn't use the WiFi I'd paid for.”
