Fantastic friendly staff who couldn'tbe more helpful. Rooms clean and tidy with netflix built into tv , good wifi , shower was great. Mattress was no premier inn quality and could of been better. This was an amazing place to stay because of the service, room, location and price! I am an unnaturally light sleeper , and was unable to sleep in my room facing the street due to music from a near by club. Good experience; this hotel is of a modest standard, something akin to a Holiday Inn, but perfectly adequate. Excellent service, friendly and smiling staff, and including carrying our luggage up to and down from our room (no lift). Other more expensive hotels would do well to imitate the Royal.
