“We often come for Sunday lunch as we live local. Came today I had roast pork and my husband had the beef was absolutely delicious and good size portions. Lovely atmosphere with low music in the background. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly, only had to wait 10 minutes before food arrived. Will definitely continue to come.Well done to you all”

“We spent two nights at this hotel, where our son's wedding was held. Extremely friendly staff at reception and bar/restaurant. Room was quirky with comfortable bed - albeit somewhat impractically furnished (wardrobe door opens towards writing desk and is stopped halfway by the latter). Bathroom needs some TLC. Food - especially at breakfast - was great. Tip: go for the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Wedding catering was very good and efficient.”
