Impossible to get through to them. I made a complaint to head office already and they assured me they would prioritise the communication. It’s been 6 weeks and still no change.The old team used to be on the ball, efficient and friendly. The new team is quite appalling and an embarrassment to the NHS. Sort it out!

This pharmacy is useless, your prescription is never there, despite getting a text saying it is. It’s so painful dealing with them that I think I’ll stay ill without medication next time!
