“Wow what can I say. I had a prescription sent over today from 111 for my daughter who was very poorly! Any how they sent it over but the guys couldn't find it and it was near closing time. They pulled out all the stops to track down the prescription and finally found it. Absolutely professional and understanding and the team of 3 were more than outstanding!! “Boots opticians were quietly efficient and patient with my needs. I had to cancel twice (not so easy to contact them to warn them but understanding). The process was easy and optical tests performed professionally. My fears of cataracts were allayed and mercifully there was no seedy attempts at upselling for further tests which another optician tries. The spectacles arrived within a week and they have been great.”

“A very helpful pharmacy. Although sometimes a little slow, which I feel is due to being understaffed, the pharmacist they have are truly so helpful! No matter the query they help so much. They've helped after surgery, vaccines, hayfever, infections and when to see a doctor. They are very discreet and always help find what you need. No question is too big or too small. I just wish it was a bigger shop but in the same area! One can wish! Lovely staff, very helpful and if they can't help they will point you to someone who can! Thank you, especially during COVID-19!”

“I've found this pharmacy very helpful. Some more helpful than others but one member of staff went out their way to help me with getting an emergency prescription when boots wouldn't. They phoned the drs and chased them for the right prescription. I'm physically disabled and a wheelchair user so it's not always easy for me to get around and chase everything. So having the help of this staff member especially when the shop was so busy made my day. I wanted to share on here to show how one member of staff can make the difference in a day.”

“Clearly this is a very busy chemist, but I've always found the staff to be very helpful and professional; giving good advice.I admit I have sometimes had to wait a while queuing, but we all know the NHS is under pressure and clearly the knock on effect is to chemist as well. I think some of the comments here are harsh, the staff are working as fast as they can and people just need to have patience.”
