Every Week I waiting minimum 15 min to put money on my account, but staff talking too much with customer doesn't care next people. Every Week the same... Time to move another bank.

Really poor that they no longer have mortgage advisors ‘in house’. I would prefer to speak to someone face to face rather than over the phone or online.

Called fraud department, they said they needed to call back straight away, no call back, tried calling back up and no one answers for over 30min it’s. Ridiculous
