Called fraud department, they said they needed to call back straight away, no call back, tried calling back up and no one answers for over 30min it?s. Ridiculous

Worst customer service I have ever come across in a bank, couldn't get an appointment to speak to someone for almost a month, lady refused to print an Isa transfer form for me, awful attitude towards me (Chester branch) will take my business elsewhere in future

According to the unsightly rainbow on their window, they support pride. Whatever.According to a screen inside the branch, they support the people of Ukraine. Whatever.How about giving me my cash when I want it and am unable to use an ATM? Far too slow. Not enough cashiers and the ones there are seem to get sucked in to dealing with random queries that take ages. Is it too much to ask for there to be a dedicated cashier so I can efficiently get my cash out of what is supposed to be a bank?Please focus on your core mission guys.

Called in to pay in cash with girlfriend staff very helpfull recommend bank if you want to open currant account takes 15mins with right documents Derek ?????

Had an issue with an account that needed sorting in quite a short time span, and the business manager Paul Birch couldn't have been more helpful. Talked me through what needed doing, sent the information off for me, and kept me updated over the next couple of days while it was sorted. Really appreciate it, thank you.

Unable to speak to anyone , waited 25 minutes on phone . Gave up. Not good enough. Clearly the fault of the system rather than staff at branch. When I did get through, staff member Sarah, was excellent, and sorted my issue out straight away.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, booked me in for an appointment, however the wait was just over a week. Spoke to a lovely lady (who's name I've forgotten) and she explained all about their products and helped me understand all the terms and pros and cons of the account types.
