This hotel and its management and staff are shocking. Strong cleaning chemical smell when entering the room, realised when i woke up in the night it was covering a stale urine smell, the shower was cold and had low pressure and there was a fault with the extractor fan in the bathroom which resulted in it making a horrid noise until i turned it off at the isolator.
