Fantastic service here, couldn't beat the room, had a fantastic view on the 16th floor, however I will be staying here again and will be requesting a room on the top floor or near the top floor at least, I really enjoyed the views and the room had plenty of essentials so I am happy and lastly the staff were really friendly... read full comment

The heating didn't work but was provided with a standalone heating. It'd be nice if they offer complementary snacks like biscuits in the room.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was large and had great views across the city. It was clean and tidy throughout. Really convenient location being right next to bearpit roundabout and close to multiple bus routes so access is really easy and convenient.We would definitely stay here again!Rooms: Clean... read full comment
