I stayed here for one night. I was told by the receptionist that I should pay for my parking at the end of my stay. I have now received a £60 fine for only paying for parking on the second day and not the first. The parking situation should have been made clearer by the staff but clearly they couldn't be bothered. Thanks, Premier Inn.

It wasn't the best premier inn that we have stayed in. We had a family room on the 17th floor. I didn't sleep as the mattress was uncomfortable and I only had one pillow. We had a pillow each. The room was tiny and cramped. I felt a bit claustrophic as you couldn't open any window and air conditioning didn't feel like it was cooling our room. The hotel was like an old high rise tower apartment block. We were given an option for a lower or higher floor and we chose the higher -17th floor but the view was just the busy road. The wifi was only on for an hour per day and parking was additional. Premier inn breakfast was decent enough. Also, you have to go to the reception every day if you want fresh towels and your room made.

The best premier inn I?ve stayed in. Foods amazing & staff are quality and the rooms are modern. Really nice place and of course location is great!

Nice rooms. Quite spacious. Also decent bathrooms and facilities.

Nice room and friendly staff. Convenient to access the city and easy to get to from the motorway. Parking is first come first served (not just open to hotel guests so is busy over the weekend) and is very tight. Also much more expensive than the £16 for 24 hours quoted on the website - the parking cost £22!

Restaurant service was very poor. I wasn't asked once if everything was OK or I wanted something else.

Ideally placed near the town centre but also to BRI as my daughter in for surgery. So easy to visit and easy to get into town for evening

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, prior to this visit to Bristol. It has always been very satisfactory and this time was no exception. The room was clean and comfortable. The two course evening meal was good value (£16.45, or three courses for £18.45), along with the unlimited breakfast for £9.99.I thoroughly recommend this hotel and will undoubtedly be staying there again in the future.

You would struggle to have a better location. The front desk staff were lovely and answered all our questions. We booked the breakfast and it was pretty good all things considered. The rooms are pretty good with a view of Bristol city. Ensuite shower and bath. Hairdryer included. Honestly it was great, perhaps a bit on the expensive side.

Lovely staff particularly Mark in the restaurant, comfy bed, great food, only down side was the dining room toilet had no toilet paper for the 3 hour we were there .Food & drinks: Good choice of food at a very reasonable price, and Mark our waiter went out his way to help.

Stayed for a weekend. Room was ok but pretty basic. Main bed was comfortable but the second bed was very basic. Booked a twin room so would have been nice to have the same style beds.
