Called to check stock of wall and ceiling cladding before ordering. They went and checked then confirmed they had both in stock. Paid by Bank Transfer. Heard nothing for 8 days then called them to find out about delivery. Its was only then they said they didn't have the ceiling cladding in stock and can we pick another...

Still waiting for tracking number not the first order I've made and had to wait for tracking number then aswell
