I can't speak for others, but my experience was flawless. Ordered my sofa a good 9 months ago, and it was delivered about 12 weeks later. The reason for the late review is one of the sofa buttons fell off a week ago. Sent them a message on a Friday and was given a call on Sunday to arrange a repair under warranty. Please avoid Sofology if you need peace of mind !! I have bought a sofa set from here for 2112 GBP . Now lost the surface tension of the sofa !!! Very poor work product quality and customer care !!

We came to the Solihull branch to look at sofa beds yesterday, and when we were looking for a member of staff to help us, the whole team were just sat around on the sofas chatting to each other.
