They were also able to answer my questions relating to products not available on the day. The one thing I would like to see would be an expansion of the merchandise to include beach towels and bath towels. Overall I had a good experience at the store despite the horrible rain outside.”

That's how you manage a complaint granted you had the product needed but you still apologised for the trouble and said you would have completed the refund if need due to the circumstances.”
