She found the shoes and held them back for us.We arrived 20 minutes later and she went and got the trainers for us to try on and we had a lovely chat at the same time.Excellent service.”

Even standing away from the phone we could hear your staff member was doing his very best to provide the phone customer with the best service he could dispite thier inability to provide your staff member with the most basic curtousy. He did a great job of the serving us and keeping his cool on the phone.”
