“Staff are always warm and friendly aand service with a smile. Although the shop is not wheelchair accessible because of its size the staff will bend over backwards to help wherever they can.”

“Well stocked with large variety of craft items . My wife bought three A4 lock'n'lock storage trays . I dropped and damaged one. I offered to pay for it but the assistant just told me to select another one. Good service. My only criticism us that the store is quite dark.”

“Went there a few weeks ago to print a photo for a friend’s birthday- staff were extremely patient and helpful, the printing process was testing for both myself and the staff but they continued with good cheer. I cannot remember their names sadly but it was a lovely man with white hair and glasses and a young lady with dark hair. Thank you both for printing the little Simpsons-esque cartoon!”

“I visited the store a few weeks ago on a Sunday looking for a few things I could get my younger brother for an art project. I had the pleasure of bumping into Rugena who was so cordial and really went the extra mile by suggesting the best types of paints and materials I should go with. She was thorough in providing me detail on products, she spent the best part of 30 minutes just talking to me about ideas on how my brother can complete his project. I have never met anyone so creative!! If I could give 10 stars on her service in particular I would.”
