Asked the shop assistant a question and was given the wrong answer, cost me £10.

Just went to Ryman at Cardiff Queen Arcade to print 4 A4 pages.... The shop assistant did not mention at any time there is a service charge of £2.5 for printing while I was waiting. They printed the pages and charged me £3.7. I was, what's that £2.5 for? And she casually points at the sign next to her computer hidden... read full comment
