Staff member made fun of my drink order in front of me to another staff member. Order was an iced pumpkin spiced latte, this was a few months ago on a hot day so don’t see why this was an issue.

Nothing about the shop as such but the environment around the store and carpark spaces is strewn with rubbish and very unappealing. Paradise for vermin. The cafe itself is clean inside. Starbucks and BP need to work together to sort out the outside area it's vile.
