Great customer service! I have bought a gaming PC from them a year ago. Suddenly the CPU temp was going through the roof and the PC kept freezing. Bought a laptop here 6 years ago. Customer service at the time was great.What has prompted me to leave this review is how great they've been this much later with a full refurbishment, which means the laptop has many years left in it. When I took it to local repair shops I was told "laptops don't last more than 2 years"...
