Couldn't find our house, they say it was re-sent back out. Which is a lie as nobody phoned me or my partner. So I've had to collect our parcel myself! As FedEx hasn't tried to deliver to the right house even once! So they couldn't find our house, then called me for contact phone numbers then decided to not bother to re-deliver & lie to me to say that they had!!! Shocking non-existant Service! AVOID!

Claims to have attempted to deliver. Yet it wasn't even loaded onto the round, infact it was at Fedex Ridgmont. Just liars plain and simple.

Awful customer service been waiting for my parcel for almost a month saying ?no one was there to sign? when 4 people was in the house and ring camera shows no delivery was attempted still waiting.

Zone 4e 4f doesn't appear on Google maps. Bad experience with home office documents delivery, you can't book the dedicated time slot, email notification sent one hour before failed attempted delivery. Automated customer service is so poor, won't allow you speak to any human and has very limited responses.

We went to burntwood to send a parcel to Canada and Lisa webb was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and explained all the paperwork. Amazing lady Thank you.

I am disappointed with this TNT and FEDEXcompany. customer service are terrible and unprofessional delivery man.i will advise to home office not use this delivery company for sending important documents.

Tracked parcel to delivery...it went to wrong address...contacted them...its not on our system...go through it on line...been delivered but it shows no address...still waiting for delivery

Made arrangements 5 times so far to have our passports delivered. Never comes? Can't get through to speak with anyone. Terrible Terrible experience, so frustrating the unprofessional a** holes!

Was told that my passport was unable to deliver to my address and I have done a reschedule about 4 times and no one has even tried to redeliver, it?s been over a month and still haven?t received it I Try to get in touch and it?s always an automated service which is no help! They have told me eventually I can collect it which 4e and 4f is not even on google maps. It?s pathetic I?ve had to cancel my flights because of this unprofessional company!
