Couldn't find our house, they say it was re-sent back out. Which is a lie as nobody phoned me or my partner. So I've had to collect our parcel myself! As FedEx hasn't tried to deliver to the right house even once! So they couldn't find our house, then called me for contact phone numbers then decided to not bother to re-deliver... read full comment
