The service at the bank was excellent today I was struggling to use the app She spent 10 minutes, trying to rectify the problem I had. She was lovely.

Lack of staff in this branch- dissatisfied customers. Waited half hour to be told they can't deal with my request now & they have no more appointments available here this week. Tried to do it myself online but I got a message - unfortunately there is currently a problem with the service. Unfortunately I am now considering moving banks.

This particular branch was so useless and very unhelpful. I wanted to put in some cash, I've never put in coins before except once somewhere else but didn't use a bag. I was told to use a bag without any explanation and when I came back with one, I was rejected altogether instead of even some assistance and the clerk was already stood and leaving the counter before I even had the chance to go. This was the first time ever going in and will be my last. Sticking to my usual bank. Thank you.

Card was cancelled for ordering things abroad? This has happened many times & we always have to get a new card due to this even though the sites I use, I have used for years, such as amazon. It?s been about a month or so and they keep saying they are going to send us a new credit card but we?ve received nothing. We aren?t even sure where the credit cards they?ve apparently sent have gone. Terrible bank, with terrible customer service, advice that nobody uses Halifax.
