I went to this branch not knowing there was a nicer one about a 5 min walk away. This branch was very busy, quite small and filthy because there aren’t enough staff to clean as well as serve.

The toilets in this Costa are absolutely filthy. There's dust all over the bottom of the grab rails, and watermarks over most of the other surfaces. Although there were only 2 members of staff on duty and they had had problems with a delivery they, Tom and Lucy, were outstanding and worked really well together to serve customers as efficiently as they could under difficult circumstances.
