“There to pick up pre-ordered items and to shop around. It's gi-normous, with incredible range of goods, including many at 'clearance' prices. A work-out just walking around! Staff could not have been more helpful and were actively so! Total contrast with my relatively recent experience in their Glasgow Drumchapel store, where all, repeat all, staff were rude, abrasive and simply horrible! Paisley store has everything you could want and more ... Highly recommended!”

“I find the staff very helpful. They don't rush you and do their job well. I use this outlet frequently and have always been very happy with the outcome. I have also heard the staff having to deal with extremely aggressive people whichthey certainly do not get paid enough for. Remember it's not the staff's fault that some items are not in the shop. Civility costs nothing. Treat people the way you would like to be treated.”
