“Can’t recommend this store enough - especially an advisor named Liam.We visited yesterday and after trying a few random mattresses ourselves, a sales advisor Liam came over to see if we needed any help. I thought we knew what we wanted, but he told us about the sleep match technology mattress/machine which measures the way you sleep/pressure points on a mattress then tells you which styles suit you.Once it matched us, Liam talked us through five options it had suggested with a full range of prices from budget to luxury. He was so informative explaining everything from options to the design to the benefits of each style.We tried his first option and were sold there and then. We would never have looked at it either but it was exactly what we liked comfort wise etc so we would never have had this if it wasn’t for Liam. He sorted the ordering of it, with no pushy sales at all, just a list of options and time to discuss without him there (grateful for that as there is nothing worse than a sales person hanging over you!). We then purchased some pillows too, again, under Liam’s advice, and we couldn’t be happier with them.He was so polite, welcoming, knowledgable, patient with my kids and professional throughout the whole sale process that he really is an asset to the store.Thanks so much for a lovely shopping experience and we can’t wait to have our lovely new mattress delivered next week!”

“The Whittard of Chelsea in Glasgow Buchanan Galleries is a tea shop that my partner and I visited and we loved the free samples of the different teas we could drink. I quite like the fruiter teas as opposed to the bitter tea (well, at that time until my taste has done a 180 and now I'm the opposite) but at that time I quite enjoyed the blackberry tea as it was just the right amount of sweetness. We bought a pack that went down a treat when we went home. I remember the staff here were lovely and answered all my tea-related questions. Ten out of ten.”

Chosen our mattress but for some reason, can’t remember what, we didn’t buy on that occasion.This time, bought exactly that bed and mattress that we’d been looking at. To top things off their delivery is reasonably priced and they do help get things into the building. I'll be using them again.”

Started our shower room mid April & realised that we would be 1 board short. Phoned Rearo & new board being delivered the next week, with no charge. Great , very friendly service. “Best charity shop in parkhead, Margaret is a nice wee woman and has same name as my mum, the other woman who has served me there is nice too although can't remember her name, I've acquired some amazing bits an bobs from here including a pair of Adidas mens trainers for a 5er!!! “SUPERB SHOPPING EXPERIENCEI do like IKEA but can on occasion get myself lost in it and get frustrated. On this visit I didn't have much time but knew the items I was after if not their location. Immediately on entry, I approached staff member Donald and asked if he could assist. He was brilliant. He took me straight to the desired items, then the quickest way to the till point. The whole visit took only a couple of minutes. It's a good store made even better by that sort of service! Well done!”

“The John Lewis here is huge, with multiple floors and it can be accessed from either the Buchanan Galleries or the other side where the Buchanan Bus Station is. I've enjoyed browsing through the products on here but I have found this place to be quite pricy but the quality is always excellent. I enjoy looking through the technology section and seeing what's new and what's coming up. I once had an issue with one of the products I purchased and the staff there went above and beyond to ensure that I had my problem solved. They also have toilets here for the customers and they have men's toilets, women's toilets, baby changing and disabled toilets. They are good at accommodating customer needs.”

“Controller on my ps4 broke. I was demented for days cause I love the PGA 2K23 game, its all I play lol.So I orders one off ebay on the Monday and here we are on Saturday and it's still not arrived (royal mail).Had a look on the argos website and saw an official controller for £35 with next day delivery. I bought it and I'm so glad I did. The driver was here for 8am ish.I've ordered a few things off argos and it's always been spot on. £3.95 for next day delivery is sue perb also.”

“Visited the Fort store in Glasgow and was really happy to find a 3 seater sofa and armchair for a great price. Delivery was arranged then on the day of, we realised the 3 seater wouldn’t fit unfortunately! The delivery person Jay was so helpful and got a member of the team to call me straightaway. After giving me a few different options on what to do next, with the help of team member Andy, I managed to get the same range of sofa that I was so happy with initially in store. New delivery date came, Jay and the other delivery person (so sorry didn’t catch his name!) had the sofas in my living room in what felt like 2 minutes after arriving!! So speedy and efficient I was so impressed, so friendly and courteous aswell. Over the moon with the service I received from Andy at SCS, and Jay for the delivery. The sofa is so comfortable and it’s becoming a real struggle to peel myself off it ?. 5 stars for both Andy & Jay - felt like everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was happy after the initial 3 seater sofa didn’t fit, and I’m even happier with the sofas I have now. Thanks again! Really appreciate the great customer service.”

“Had a good look round. Great wallpaper, paint and general DIY goods. Iceland within the store and a marvellous selection of sweet goodies-I resisted ?. However, I had gone to buy bulb fibre to add to soil for planting narcissus bulbs and although The Range were showing a good deal online, there was none in store which was disappointing. ☹️”

“Stuff is very good but expensive. I went to buy a rug but got it cheaper online and with no delivery charge. Perfect kitchen air fryer same price as online. Coffee table excellent condition but same price online and free delivery. I'm ready to spend money on a good cause but let's be honest we should get a little bit off.That's £400 they could have had from me but with the present climate I want value for money.I actually went down to volunteer as I havegood DIY skills and I am retired but I want to help people.Thanks Robert”
