tried to deliver an item twice and because noone was able to sign for it they took it back to the sorting office, the opening times of the sorting office have different times from what's online, there are also third party websites with false opening times as well...I waited behind a guy who was in for 40 minutes, (me 15) one guy running about trying to find stuff, I explained to him the item I was waiting for has not needed a signature for the last 5 years and the usual postperson puts it through my door, I was told my item was back out for delivery for that day, I told him (time: 08.50am) there's not going to be anyone in, that's why I have a note printed on my door saying use my secret place....just seems to be no communication to let customers know if there's a change to personnel that might mean a change in the way my post is delivered.

Opening hours are a joke. Good luck getting your parcel if you work. Especially as they seem to be determinedly against delivering anything to my house that is bigger than an envelope.

Never had an issue it you go with the correct ID and they often go out of their way to help people.

Waited in for my parcel because I had a 2 hour time slot, I saw the van pull up outside my house during the 2 hour period and then drive off 30 seconds later. This happens far too often, and when I have paid for next day or guaranteed delivery this is completely unacceptable. Do your jobs and deliver the parcels.

Could you possibly change your opening hours on your web site save people a journey and if the post man had chapped the door i wouldn't need to run about sorting office that isn't even open now on a Sunday change your hours on your website please

Only 5 parking spaces (out of which 2 arw disabled) are available to the public and most of them are always taken up by the Royal Mail staff (including the disabled one) even though there are plenty parking bays available on the staff side.

Used many sorting offices in the past this is the only one that never has a mile long queue, never any waiting about.

Does the job. Not a lot of parking and some of the staff can be grumpy. It's a small office which can mean queuing outside if busy.

Staff are efficient and polite. Very small office so be prepared to stand outside in the cold at busy times.

The royal mail app was glitched so I couldn't access redelivery. Guy was rude and kept interrupting instead of listening to my question. Finally helpful when he eventually listened but will see if he was just lying about delivery to get rid of me...

Thank you so much to the pretty tattooed post woman (Sorry I don?t know your name) who went above and beyond the call of duty, delivering a Mother?s Day card in her own time after she finished her shift on a Sunday evening. You made my day. Thank you so much.??

I went (on a Sunday) to the depot to check when it would be open, as I didn't trust the times on the website. I arrived 1 1/2 hours before it opened, but a very nice Indian gentleman ( who turned out be a manager ) took my red card and retrieve my parcel. What great customer service, the Post Office is very lucky to have leadership like this.

Today I visited the delivery office to collect my parcel, I was so rudely spoken to from someone called Shelly, this person has a serious attitude problem and should not be working in the front line of Royal Mail dispatching parcels to the public, I tried to talk to this girl to ask politely a question and she walked away, what a rude arrogant person this is, please Royal Mail send this girl on a manners training course quickly. I?d happily accept a written apology from this person and only then I might take this post down.
