It's a Waitrose, so you know what you are going to get. In other words, naughty (expensive) but nice.It's a big store, and surprisingly not busy, probably because of the closure of the Botley Road, which will be closed for a long time for long term roadworks. Shop was great, just been there today for the first time, but I won’t be shopping here again as the Manager Nicky, was awful to a member of staff and basically a bully, the way she treated him was horrible to see and I don’t want to be part of that again
