Twice this year already I have had bad experiences with the staff at this store. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful.I don’t often complain and have just chosen not to shop there in the future but when my elderly mother told me that she had been totally disregarded when in there recently I had to come and leave a review.... read full comment

Click and collection was good but the attention to buy scents was very helpful so end up buying more than only collecting.

Came in today and was told that the student discounts or member discounts that were displayed on the shop floor aren’t showing on the till. If it is not working, remove the false advertising.
