“I visited the shop this afternoon. I only needed one small nut. The staff at the counter was so helpful, friendly, and patient even though I was only making a small purchase. I forgot to ask her name but she's really wonderful. She also asked if I'm a student and gave me student discount even though it was just one nut. It was such lovely experience when the staff is this great.”

“We were served today by HUW at Oxford Botley branch.. He was extremely helpful and polite in identifying the items we were looking for. One item was not available in store but Huw located the item at another branch, phoned through to ensure that the item was put aside for us and was able to provide directions to the other store. Great service! Thank you.”
“The Oxford store has the most amazing staff - customer service is really outstanding. They called to notify me promptly when the tile I wanted came into stock, and I've just received a follow-up call to check whether I needed any more. Friendly and helpful in store, and their general policy of refunding any unused tiles in full is also terrific. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“You can get lovely cards really cheap only downside is not a lot of room for a push chair or wheelchair but we'll worth a visit ! Also sometimes only one person serving on till especially during lunch time so it could be a long frustrating wait to be served”

“Really helpful and friendly staff. They saved a bathroom renovation after a different supplier f*@ked it all up and nearly delayed the workmen! Worked hard to find me items that were in stock and got them to me in time. The showroom is quite nice as well, useful to see lots of different style bathrooms on display. I will be going straight there when the next bathroom is getting done and won't faff about with anyone else.P.S - don't confuse these guys with UKbathrooms.com - they are different and very rubbish by comparison!”

“Nice thrift shop, I always find something here. But the changing room is closed still, which is quite annoying because you can't try on any pants. Interesting people who work here, one time a really loud guy singing to very loud music that I could tell scared customers away haha.”
