    Quick and trustworthy service provided by both Justin and Fahhan. Both members of staff was very knowledgable and fixed the issue with my car very quickly.     If you can afford to buy a bike from an independent shop in Oxford instead, you'll save yourself a lot of time and money in the long run.The bike was poorly built and barely ready to cycle away, almost no effort was made to align brakes or gears so I had to redo it.Within a month the bike broke and had to go back for repairs... read full comment

    Great service from Kirk and other staff were very helpful and explanatory I would recommend! I couldn’t pick up my bike today as it was not ready but they were very helpful and offered me one year free cycle care plan and more. I am very happy with the service.
