Quick and trustworthy service provided by both Justin and Fahhan. Both members of staff was very knowledgable and fixed the issue with my car very quickly. I would trust these two members of staff with future repairs. When I come into Halfords, Botley, I will for sure be asking for one of these members of staff to help me! :)

If you can afford to buy a bike from an independent shop in Oxford instead, you'll save yourself a lot of time and money in the long run.The bike was poorly built and barely ready to cycle away, almost no effort was made to align brakes or gears so I had to redo it.Within a month the bike broke and had to go back for repairs to replace parts.Six months later the handle bar came loose.Shortly after a peddle came loose and fell off...Poor quality bikes and poor quality service

Great service from Kirk and other staff were very helpful and explanatory I would recommend! I couldn?t pick up my bike today as it was not ready but they were very helpful and offered me one year free cycle care plan and more. I am very happy with the service.

Went to to purchase a new helmet, the team up stairs were amazing, and so helpful and guided to help purchase the right one. Without just suggesting the most expensive. Which is a great change for a retailer. I will definitely being going back to Botley when I need other items .

Chris and Kirk were super helpful. I came in with a broken bicycle seat and they helped fit a new one when the old rusted screw on the old seat could not be unscrewed. They did a really efficient job with it all and helped me get some other accessories that I needed. This is my second time at this Halfords and both times I have been impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the team.

I came into Halfords today, distraught that someone had tried to steal my bike and in the process had left me lockless, with a seat I couldn?t adjust and flat wheels. As a student, I don?t have the tools (or knowledge), to fix those things myself and was concerned there was more damage that I wasn?t aware of. I was helped by both Kirk and Chris who very kindly showed me how quickly those problems can be resolved! They put me at ease and patiently made sure all my worries and concerns were handled. Couldn?t be more appreciative to how accommodating they were. Bike is in great shape thanks to them, I now have an even better lock than the last and feeling confident to venture back out.

Staff were very welcoming , even though I ran in 2 minutes before closing . And took the time to explain the best kind of bike lock for my needs . Even though it meant they had to work late. I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable they were.

Wonderful. On a lunchtime mission to get a brake light bulb and windscreen wipers for a reasonably elderly car on a deadline. The guy found everything I needed in no time, way quicker than me hunting around. Just ask the in-store people, they're great!

Visited the Botley store last week to browse bikes for my son during the opening hours. Reached all the way there and the staff including the manager stopped me from visiting the bikes section. Apparently the store was understaffed and it was store policy to prevent customers going upstairs. I pleaded that I only want to look at them and wouldn?t need a staff for that. Regrettably the manager said it was store policy and cordoned the stairs leading to the bikes section. Very disappointed and inconvenient for customers. I later went to another store and got a bike for him that evening itself!

Went to the store in Botley, Oxford, great service from a great team. My roof box was read and waiting at the time arranged, the guy fitted perfect making sure it was dead center using a measure, no guess work, they really looked after us, I fully recommend that store
