“I have always been served very well at Walton Street Cycles. Their service plans are great and they have been great with bigger repairs as well. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Repairs do take a lot of time, though; this is evidence of how much demand their is for their services, but it also means that Walton Street Cycles is less convenient for smaller repairs that need a faster turnaround.”

“Very helpful - did a quick job on my bike I didn’t have the tools to do at home. Thank you!Have to update: took my bike back in to change the bottom bracket, since I didn’t have the tools to do it myself and I didn’t know quite which size was right. The guys turned the job around in less than 24 hours, on a walk-in basis, for a good price. They did exactly what I needed twice with really great customer service. Very happy.”

“First time visiting Go Outdoors since it's moved premises and reading mixed reviews online I wasn't sure what to expect.I've got to say I was pretty impressed. The store looked clean and tidy and had plenty of selection. I'm guessing it's had new flooring as it looks different to the pictures online.The staff are really friendly and helpful too especially Michelle. Our little black lab took a shine to her as well. It was a really positive experience today and we will definitely go back :o). To save us a trip up two flights of stairs. We have always found this store well stocked and the staff very friendly and helpful.”
