Hi to everyone who are going to buy anything from DFS.I ordered 2 three seater sofa?s from dfs grey charchole colour . But when I got them they were in 2 different colours (Grey and brown ) and when I asked them to exchange or refund they didn?t do anything and passing my issue to one department to another department . Honestly they are not best people to deal if you have any issues and especially the manager from Kettering branch not professional at all . Not helpful , just tried to avoid issue and asking me which avenue you wanna go to ? No professionalism nothing .I had really bad experience sorting the issue out .

Had a look round yesterday, found what we wanted, was left alone to browse which I really like then a very helpful member of staff approached us. Nothing worse than being pestered but they got it just right.

Terrible customer service. Went in to the kettering store to ask about an order that I had placed via another dfs store. Was basically told to do one as I hadn't placed the order through their store. Glad I took my money to another store as the kettering staff members are no help what so ever. Even the store manager was sat on one of the couches and couldn't care mess about the way one of his staff members had spoke to me. Was told to just go online and sort it that way. Being from a customer sales job my self the attitude he gave me was absolutely atrocious and I would advise anybody considering to shop here to not do so.

Nigel was quite abrupt with us, trying to push extra sales on to us with the after care for the sofa! Telling me I won't be able to clean my sofa with warm water ! ?When I asked what could I clean it with, he said " I dunno, I'm not a sofa cleaner" ? get a new job mate !Lovely sofa purchased with no thanks to nigel, watitng 12 weeks for delivery.

Extremely unhelpful staff. In there 45 minutes, not asked if we needed help by one person. They were huddled in one spot chatting and eating on the shop floor. Very unprofessional.

On my first visit the staff didn't seem to care and were pretty unhelpful, had more joy with their online chat and telephone advisors. On my second visit I found Cherice very helpful and cheerful. But that's as good as it got after payment, the waiting time went from 6 weeks to 12 weeks and finally arrived after 14 weeks. Communication between distribution centre, collection company and the end customer is pretty shocking after receiving several calls to arrange collection of the old suite and delivery of the new one which happened 3 times but the first 2 calls didn't seem to be on their system when the third date was finally confirmed. I personally won't rush to buy from DFS again but then I wouldn't say don't shop with them.

If you like being lied to buy a sofa from here!!After placing an order for a sofa we found identical sofa online for half the price, we decided to cancel our order and this is where the fun started, you can not cancel through the head office so u have to get hold of the store(This took us 3 days) at this point we thought we had cancelled. To our surprise we got offered somebody's cancelled order and told we had cancelled ours, save yourself the headache go somewhere else

I'm waiting already 1 week for phone call from them. My sofa after 2 years started to has some issues. Im calling them eveyday and they just saying you will get phone call shortlly. Avoid. Cheap quality Products.
