Hi to everyone who are going to buy anything from DFS.I ordered 2 three seater sofa’s from dfs grey charchole colour . But when I got them they were in 2 different colours (Grey and brown ) and when I asked them to exchange or refund they didn’t do anything and passing my issue to one department to another department...

Had a look round yesterday, found what we wanted, was left alone to browse which I really like then a very helpful member of staff approached us. Nothing worse than being pestered but they got it just right.
