Throughout my time as a landlord with Belvoir the service has been excellent. I was new to the process of being a landlord and I cannot fault the guidance I have received. If there have been any concerns for the tenants I have been notified promptly and Charlotte or Claire have made arrangements for everything to be sorted.

Called about a property and got told I wasn’t going to be taken seriously because I have been looking for a few months & it looks like I’m “messing about” and not looking seriously.Lady on the phone had a bad attitude and was very blunt. Left the phone call feeling a bit insulted
