Andy in triage was amazing. Went above and beyond. I was there for 20 mins total and out the door with appointment at the hospital for 30 mins later to get sorted. Without his help I’d have likely been sat there waiting for hours. Top bloke. Really cared for my situation.

Staff were very pleasant, smiling and helpful. They went out of their way to help. The waiting time wasn't too long either.

4hr wait to get told to see a gp for a scan,Surely the traige nurse could of said that and saved wasting 4hrs for something that took 1 minute.

We are a 22 year Old registered charity (1089878) that helps over 40 other charities by means of providing a meeting room (FOC). Photography and Art groups amongst many others use our facilities. We have The Academy of Art exhibition space located on the first floor and second floors with regular exhibitions. We have St. Helens Gateway (directory for health & social care). Artwork is for sale in the reception area (Cafe Millas). Second Chance Vintage-Style charity boutique is around the corner (next to the new entrance to The Minor Injuries Unit; the previous back entrance before CV-19).8-10 Bickerstaffe Street with our MC Bookshop next to La Case Vieja. You can find our online shops on eBay and FaceBook Market Place.
