Not visiting this Belle Vale shop again after repeating problems of being upsold incorrect items. My mum went to buy 2 products for me while I am ill in bed and instead of spending £9 she astonishingly spent £32!? I'm in shock! Visited this shop in bellvale L25 ,Sundays 10/09/23 at 10 30am the shop had its shutters down ,lights were on.opening hours 10am /4pm ? no member of staff around. Waited until 11 20am when a member of staff opened shutters .didn't give any explanation why he's was late opening .his only comment was oh have you been waiting... read full comment
