They mess up your prescription and make you feel like a drug addict when you go back to get it fixed! I had to call my doctors as they wouldnt believe that they dispensed my prescription wrong

Really poor service, always a told that the prescriptions are made up and when to be collected. Everytime I arrive nothing is ready so you spend 20 minutes waiting.Avoid this at chemist, use any other chemist!

I used to get my medication delivered as it is difficult for me to get to the pharmacy, they have stopped this due to quote "they don't have enough delivery drivers" so they are prioritising those who can't get there.However they are not advertising for another driver. Maybe if they did employ another driver customers wouldn't need to wait for between 45 mins to an hour to receive their medication.

This must be the worst run pharmacy in the country. The phone is never answered and prescriptions are constantly mislaid. The customer is certainly never a priority here.

Truly awful. Always a queue and they are so inefficient and slow. Was my nominated pharmacy, but the final straw was a huge amount of wasted time today, trying to get my husbands prescription, which he requested 9 days ago. Was told to wait, but I had already been in the queue for ages and after waiting for it to be made up for a long time I gave up. Still haven?t got it! I have charged to a different pharmacy. Should have done so along time ago!

Counter service is slow. Assistants are rude.They never answer the phone. I've spent 2 hours phoning today and each time the phone cuts off after a few minutes ringing.Processing prescriptions takes them over a week.The only person there who appears to both know how to do her job and then actually does it is Claire (the lady who delivers the prescriptions).Total waste of time.

The wait is awful. It?s almost like my prescription is pushed to the back of the queue. Every time I go to collect I have 4 or 5 people come in after me and leave again whilst I?m still waiting. Maybe more work less chat hmm? From today I have changed my nominated pharmacy. I can?t be waiting up to 30 mins each time I collect my prescription.

Always abysmally slow with massive queues. They only have one till and the staff member working it is usually completely overwhelmed. Prescriptions can take 45 minutes to an hour to be made up sometimes too. Go somewhere else.

You struggle to get through on phone , when you do get through staff are rude and bare face lie to youMy prescription was done by Gp on 27/01/2023 and sent to the pharmacy, I am on the delivery list. I ran out of my medication on02/02/2023. I tried to call on 03/02 unable to get through , I called this morning to be told my prescription was made up and sat on shelf and would be delivered today, by 17:45 no delivery had arrived, I called pharmacy again to be told that the prescription was printed and filed and had not been made up at all and I wouldn?t be able to have my medication until tomorrow, the woman I spoke to was very rude, I did ask her why did the staff member lie ? She wouldn?t answer me , I then informed her that if anything happened to me with being with out my medication I would hold the pharmacy responsible, her response was I?m not listening to that and hung upThis is not the first time this has happened and given the constant rudeness of the staff in the pharmacyI will be looking to get mine and my family?s prescriptions elsewhere

The staff promise delivery will be that day,when you ring to ask where delivery is,their excuse it is not on delivery shelf.Constantly have to chase when delivery is arriving
