This must be the worst run pharmacy in the country. The phone is never answered and prescriptions are constantly mislaid. The customer is certainly never a priority here.

Truly awful. Always a queue and they are so inefficient and slow. Was my nominated pharmacy, but the final straw was a huge amount of wasted time today, trying to get my husbands prescription, which he requested 9 days ago. Counter service is slow. Assistants are rude.They never answer the phone. I've spent 2 hours phoning today and each time the phone cuts off after a few minutes ringing.Processing prescriptions takes them over a week.The only person there who appears to both know how to do her job and then actually does it is Claire (the... read full comment
