“I have now has 2 puncture repairs carried out by this Kwik Fit branch (after what seemed to be an initial confusion/ communication error regarding which tyre I suspected had a slow puncture) however the branch manager was very responsive after my initial feedback, and asked if he could check my car over personally, so I can't fault him for that. He walked me around the vehicle and showed me the two repairs, which put my mind at ease. Very friendly and professional so overall happy with my experience.”
