I'm not local, and when my car developed brake-related fault, they were quick to inspect and picked up the fault within 5mins.When they couldn't help at the time due to part availability, kindly offered to keep the car safe over the weekend until able to transfer to garage able to sort it out. All this done without me paying a dime.Safe to say, I'll be using their garage for my regular servicing now.”

“Scope, re sprayed my campervan after someone had gone round all sides except the rear boot door with a key, wrecking the bodywork.Luckily I had no claims protction and Scope did the repairs on the insurance. They went above and beyond what I expected doing a fantastic job on the bodywork and polished the front lights / took out minor dents in the panels, among other things. The van now looks miles better than before.Many thanks.”

“My commercial van was repaired here. Van was just a year old and the bodywork repairs were faultless.Ruth was good with comms. Guys in the workshop who did the repairs obviously know what they're doing as you can't tell its been repaired.Having suffered a hand injury whilst the van was there I couldn't pick it up so they kindly dropped it back to me in Southampton on time.So pleased I'm hopefully having a minor ding repaired outside of insurance scope.Thanks to all at Auto Fix Portsmouth.”

“A 10/10 experience couldn’t fault it. I needed a new bulb for my front headlight. The boy at reception (didn’t catch his name) was efficient, and explained the process along with a full check of the car. I was then seen by AK who checked over my car and fitted the new headlight, he was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to me while doing it! Both need crediting for their service thank you so much!”

“I have used this euro car parts for a few years now and it has always been brilliant, staff helpful and friendly with great prices online (almsot always a promo code sale on!) and easy collection process. Location is easy to find and now have charging bays too. I notice they always have a lot of stock, never really having to travel further to another branch for parts!I had an experience that made me want to write this review. A few weeks back I was in need of a replacement caliper for my car very quickly as it decided to seize up the day before a driving holiday to germany. Euro car parts had mine in stock which was perfect and I went to collect it straight away. I went in with my old caliper to exchange and they took the surcharge off there and then, perfect! I went home to fit the caliper and realised in my rush, I left the sliders on the old caliper. I went to go back and get them but realised it was 15:55 on a sunday and I wouldnt make it in time.Thankfully the amazing staff member at euro car parts picked up the phone just before closing time and managed to leave my sliders in a safe place outside for me to collect which allowed me to collect and get my car back on the road, saving my whole holiday. Very thankful as my silly mistake nearly cost me big!Will always be using Euro Car Parts!”

“These guys helped me a lot as a different garage had said they couldn't fix my car for anything less than £1000 and I would be better scrapping it.Halfords gave me a quote of £200 cheaper. They then found I didn't need all the parts I was quoted for, so my end bill was so much cheaper and she was fixed within days, the staff were amazing helping me with advice when needed and getting my car in to fix the problem within the time needed for the retest.
