“I called C&G as my washer wouldn't spin, from the getgo they were helpful, understanding and professional. Their engineer came the next day at the scheduled time, he thoroughly explained everything regarding the washer, probable causes, fixing options and implications. He was professional, friendly and very tidy. I was able to pay when the work was completed, it was a delight as there were no shocks, no hidden costs, the charges had been fully explained to me over the phone. I really appreciated their efficiency and honesty, especially their honesty!! I would highly recommend their services.”

“Highly recommend both Prescott and Joule Kitchens and Creative Design and Build, who worked together on our project. We have been completely blown away with both the quality of the workmanship, customer service and support. Every single member of the team from start to finish have gone above and beyond for our project. Helen Joule designed the most beautiful kitchen and her staff Emma and Lucy, respond immediately to emails and queries and were incredibly diligent and also hugely patient with me when I changed my mind on a few things! On the building side, all the joiners, builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers were reliable and professional. Above all, huge thanks go to Andy who project managed everything and is some kind of saint! We got weekly email itineraries and daily messages from Andy. He is so organised! The whole project has been run like clockwork, there hasn’t been a day of waiting for anything. The customer service and attention to detail has just been incredible. “Firstly let me say the staff in this store were beyond amazing. The sales staff went above and beyond in trying to find the tiles I wanted. 2 sales assistant were so helpful when collecting my tiles assisting me to the car with them. Can't recommend these guys enough. 5 star service, will be returning when the bathroom needs doing.”

He answered all my carpet queries from the different sorts of carpet to arranging everything to do withthe fitting. Nothing too much trouble. “ We had a problem with our car , our usual garage couldn’t sort it , rang the auto electrician they recommended. They couldn’t sort it either , they didn’t have the software. Ran it into this garage having found it on line , the very nice owner sorted it for us there and then for a very small fee. We were very impressed and pleased he was so honest , he could have easily said leave it with me and charged us a fortune a few hours later. We will be back and have recommended him to friends. ”

“Great choice of paints, tiles, kitchen, and bathroom appliances. There are plenty of different garden items to pick from ranging from BBQs to plants and even garden furniture. Certainly worth a visit if you are looking for updating the house or garden.”
