We were in Manchester Market Street store and was served by Aaban. Very kind, polite and helpful. And eventhough the store was very busy, noone had to wait for help as all the staff were super attentive. A really positive experience.

The tall guy with ginger hair was racist and not polite at all. No smile on face. Was forcing me to purchase. I didn’t have the size in store and wanted to be back the next day. Poor customer service. Won’t be back!
