Went to BAB in Arndale on Monday evening and it was very busy. I have sensory issues and was struggling. We spoke to Maddie who advised of a sensory opening hour the next morning. Which we missed. However when we did get to BAB on Tuesday it was quieter and I found it easier, we chose our bear (or in this case Axolotl)...

I have at least 10 build a bear from this place and they never disappoint with the service and enthusiasm. I am a disabled adult with love for BAB plush and the customisable experience; I always felt welcome at the Arndale store.
